Correction About Written Comments to Ohio EPA

Written comments to Ohio EPA regarding the Draft Title V Air Permit to Operate for Sunny Farms Landfill will be accepted through Sept. 5 at 5 p.m., not Sept. 25 as previously stated.

Comments received after Sept. 5 may not be considered a part of the official record. Written comments may be submitted at the Aug. 25 hearing (Stacy’s Place, 625 Plaza Drive, Fostoria, at 6 p.m.) or sent to:
