Senior Health Clinic
The goal of the Seneca County Senior Health Clinic is to provide health promotion and disease prevention to senior residents of Seneca County and to help them maintain their present level of independence.
Health Assessments
Health Assessments are provided at both our Tiffin and Fostoria offices monthly. These include health and medication history, weight, pulse, blood pressure, and blood sugar (if indicated). Regarding results of the assessment process, proper use of prescription medication, good nutrition, exercise, and health-risk factors are reviewed with the individual client. Referrals are made when indicated to a primary care physician or to another appropriate source of care.
Fostoria Senior Health Assessment Clinics are held the second Monday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at the Fostoria Senior Center, 125 W. North Street, Fostoria, Ohio.
Tiffin Senior Health Assessment Clinics are held the second Wednesday of each month in Tiffin from 9:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Locations vary, please call for location.
